Single family residential

Featured in Boston Magazine, this South End brownstone underwent a full gut renovation to create the perfect primary home for its owners. The finished project is a meticulously crafted, no expense spared single family home with every thing custom made from the new landmarks approved bay in the master bathroom, the velvet seats in the media room, and the expansive primary suite.

A true gut renovation, everything from the custom trim profiles to the hand painted silk wall coverings were selected by the project interior designer while incorporating the clients’ traditional aesthetic. My contribution during the design and construction administration process was aiding the rest of the team to document the interiors in Revit. By 3D modeling the new custom millwork, furniture, finishes, and light fixtures, this ensure that each selected item was coordinated for fit.

This documentation allowed the clients to see their future home come together in real time and also provided them critical 3D views so they could visualize the proposed spaces. My personal favorite additions to this home are the media room, the master suite, custom elevator, roofdeck, and folding glass partition on the garden level.
