This 3 unit development in Beacon Hill when purchased was comprised of law offices which had to be converted from commercial to residential use before the transformation could begin. Now, each unit has a minimum of one rear balcony overlooking the deeded courtyard providing unparalleled natural light.

Exquisite finishes were selected for this project from Wolf / Sub Zero appliances, Calacatta marble, to white oak flooring. By blending traditional detailing with expansive living spaces, the units were designed for buyers who live a contemporary lifestyle but want the charm of a home in the heart of the city, Beacon Hill. I oversaw this project from the intial conversations with the developer, through construction administration: almost until this project was finished and the units went on market.
