Concord New Build

Our young, newly-wed clients purchased an existing home abutting a conservation land with the intent of demolishing the existing structure. The brief of the newly designed home was to preserve and maximize the idyllic New England views of the protected land beyond. Our team at JNA, conceptualized a newly built modern farmhouse style house pushed further into the property to provide privacy from the main road, while adding with floor to ceiling windows throughout.
This project is still ongoing.
